Writing as a Contemplative Practice “Live Online”

Course Description

Students can expect an opportunity to combine meditation and writing. We will utilize prompts to initiate personal inquiry. We will commit what we find onto the page in the form of a free-write. Students may express themselves through word association, poetry, and prose. Students will then be invited to be witnessed by one another as they share what they have written.

Teachings are appropriate for healthcare professionals as well as the general public. Healthcare professionals will be able to incorporate the tools and practices offered in this program in ways beneficial to clients or patients.
