In this seminar, you will discover how you can help your body in its struggle to come into being, how emotions are experiences of feeling in the body and what to do when they threaten to overwhelm the mind, and how trauma can disrupt the inner collaborative communication between mind and body.

The Somatic Dance of Intuition: Leaning in and Leaning Out

This seminar explores developmental origins of intuitive styles—whether we ‘lean in’ or ‘lean out’—that unconsciously color every social interaction. We examine roots of attachment styles within early proto-conversation and other forms of childhood play. By learning to identify our own leanings, including their advantages and pitfalls, we can use conscious intentions to modulate what normally flies under the radar.

Sanskrit Chanting: Theory & Practice

In this seminar, I will give an introduction to both of these methods, with examples, and we will chant together to put theory into practice. This seminar is both for those who have studied some Sanskrit and those who are brand new to it. My hope is to inspire everyone to deepen their Sanskrit studies!
