Everything now lives in your Course Dashboard on our new platform. After you buy, you'll get a welcome email from Embodied Philosophy with a button to set up your account. After that, sign in any time from Sign in at the top right of our website, then New Platform. Nothing arrived within an hour? Check your spam and promotions folders, then ask Ether, our chat assistant.

No. Sign in with the email you used before; new purchases are added to the dashboard you already have. Returning students don't receive new login details, so a missing welcome email usually doesn't mean anything is wrong.

Choose "Forgot password" on the sign-in screen and we'll email you a reset link. We never send passwords by email. If the reset email doesn't come, you may have bought with a different address. Tell Ether both emails and our team will link them.

Sign out and back in, and check you're signed in with the email you paid with. If it's still missing, our team will add it for you.

Each membership has its own dashboard, built around what's included. Meditation Pass, Wisdom School, Wisdom School Plus, Sādhana School and single courses each open to a different home page.

Locked courses belong to another membership. Each is labelled with the membership that includes it, so you can see what an upgrade would open. Your own courses are never locked.

In Sādhana School you can message fellow students. Messages for the teaching team go to Floss, our community moderator, who passes them on. Mentees in Sahṛdaya Upāya can message Jacob directly. Short courses such as Navarātri don't include member messaging.

Inside each course or session in your dashboard, attached to the lesson they belong to.

Live sessions run inside your Course Dashboard, in its own video room, so you don't need Zoom. Open the session from Upcoming Live Events a few minutes early. You'll also get a reminder email one hour before it starts.

All our times are Eastern Time (ET), New York time. Emails and our website list ET; check the conversion before you join, especially around daylight-saving changes.

Yes. The replay is posted automatically to the session's post in your dashboard a few minutes after the session ends. Open the same post you joined from. Not there after an hour? Ask Ether and we'll check.

A $9.99 drop-in opens the following Monday's session, at 12pm ET. It appears in Upcoming Live Events in your dashboard for that week, then access closes. Coming every week? The Meditation Pass is $9.99 a month or $99 a year and includes every Monday.

Videos in your Course Dashboard stream any time but can't be downloaded. Courses on the legacy platform can be downloaded until it closes, so save anything you'd like to keep before then.

$27 a month or $297 a year. You get the year's theme (The Pilgrimage Project in 2026, The Attention Project in 2027), weekly Meditation Mondays, and one sample learning pathway, Meditation for Real Life.

$49 a month or $497 a year. Everything in Wisdom School, plus every learning pathway, our certificate programs, and Yoga Alliance CE certificates.

$9.99 a month or $99 a year for live Meditation Mondays, every Monday at 12pm ET, with replays, and it starts with a free trial. Wisdom School includes Meditation Mondays too.

Our year of guided practice, taught in seasons. The full year is $1,797 and includes Wisdom School; a single season is $497. The online summer retreat is $797, and a Saturday Open Session is $79. If you start with a season, you can upgrade to the full year.

Yes. Ask Ether for a code: 25% off for anyone who asks, or 50% if cost is a real barrier or you live in a lower-income country.

Seven on-demand courses are pay what you can, from $1, including the 21-Day Haṃsa Sādhana.

Yes: the Sādhana Practice Report, a short questionnaire that gives you a personal practice profile, and from January 2027, Living Room Lectures, free monthly talks.

Courses and certificate programs: a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Memberships aren't refundable, including the first charge after the Meditation Pass free trial, so please cancel before your next billing date. If your situation is unusual, our team will look at it.

Sorry about that. Tell Ether the email you used and roughly when you paid; our team will refund the duplicate.

You can cancel any time yourself: in your Course Dashboard, open your profile menu, choose Billing, and cancel the membership there. Memberships aren't refunded, so cancel before your next billing date. If cost is the reason, ask Ether about pausing for up to three months instead.

Refresh the page, then try another browser or card. If you were charged but don't have access, ask Ether.

Our prices are in US dollars. Your bank converts the amount and may add a small fee.

Courses bought before October 2026 are on our legacy platform for at least three months after the move. Choose Sign in, at the top right of our website, then Legacy Platform. Many are also being added to the Course Library in your new dashboard.

Courses that are rarely watched will be retired. If there's anything you'd like to keep, download it before the legacy platform closes. We'll email you well before the date.

Single courses are a one-time purchase with lifetime access. If a course you bought isn't in your new dashboard, ask Ether and we'll help.

Most do. CE certificates come with Wisdom School Plus and are issued under Jacob Kyle's Yoga Alliance YACEP credential.

Complete every lesson in a learning pathway, then submit the short reflection at the end. Your certificate is issued automatically, and the CE tracker linked from your dashboard keeps a running total of your hours.

Use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email. Our weekly newsletter is The Weekly Scaffolding.

We keep dashboard emails to one reminder an hour before live sessions. You can turn notifications down further in your profile's notification settings.

We can move purchases between emails. Tell Ether both addresses and our team will do it.

Our team will confirm with you by email before anything is deleted.

Send Ether your order number and our team will check on it. We currently ship within the US only.
