A year of guided study and daily practice in the non-dual Śākta-Śaiva tradition of Kashmir. Three eight-week seasons and a summer immersion, with a community of serious practitioners walking the path together.
Now enrolling: Fall 2026, The Heart of Recognition. Begins Wed, Oct 21

The Pratyabhijñā-hṛdaya & the Philosophy of Kashmir Śaivism
The foundation, and the place to start. Kṣemarāja’s little masterpiece walks you from “my mind is the problem” to “my mind is awareness, one step down.” Over eight weeks we work with the two objections every honest beginner raises (my mind won’t settle; I had it and then I lost it) and learn the core move of Sahṛdaya Meditation: how to rest the mind in the heart, and how to feel the difference between tasting a moment and grasping after it.
Take the whole arc, or step in wherever you’re called. Every season stands on its own, and past seasons stay available on demand.
Enroll in any single season by choosing its card below, or enroll for the full year with the tuition options further down the page.

Each season is anchored in a primary text, read in fresh translation with its commentaries, in weekly two-hour sessions that move between philosophy, practice and discussion.
Live weekend workshops, recordings of every session, and a member community in Circle where questions, insights and friendships continue between classes.
There is so much more to my understanding of the subtle body. It brings you back to the foundations of sādhana, practicing every day. The commitment is the best part.
I have often felt that I’m an outlier and will never quite get it. This course brought it within reach, and demystified what it means to take something you’re learning and bring it into your own life.
Anybody who has an interest in expanding their awareness with a really, really experienced teacher: it would benefit them.
