Lisa Dawn took her first yoga class 16 years ago and began a journey of discovery that is still ongoing. For Lisa Dawn, the spiritual discipline of yoga is a source of strength and healing. Daily practice continues to manifest physical, emotional, and spiritual insights that run deep. Study of the beautiful Sanskrit language through the Yoga Sutra and the Bhagavad Gita brings an even deeper understanding of the yoga practice.↵↵Lisa Dawn has over 1,800 hours of training. She is an Advanced Certified Jivamukti teacher, a certified Baptiste Power Vinyasa teacher, has trained with Jonny Kest and Paul Grilley, and is certified to teach Pre and Post Natal yoga.ÊLisa Dawn also publishes a vegan food blog calledÊLisa's Project: Vegan.
